We ReProduct. Our company’s objective is to eliminate waste. We design products and help companies design products so that their materials can be profitably harnessed again and again in the creation of new products.

Philosophy

To ReProduct is to eliminate the concept of waste by designing products so that their material value can be harnessed again and again in future products instead of ending up in a landfill. We create product, internally, to bring to market. And we work with companies so that they may do the same. ReProducts are made from materials that are healthy for both humans and the environment. Each ReProduct has a method to make it into another product.

Capabilities

ReProduct, Inc. was formed to achieve wide-spread adoption of products whose material can be re-used in the creation of other product. Our first product line is the ReProduct greeting card which can be customized to include invitations, announcements and other stationery items. Bernard J. David
Chairman of the Board
Interim CEO

A successful technology entrepreneur, Mr. David has founded, built and sold several businesses. Amongst these companies, he co-founded SaveSmart, Inc. (Prio, Inc.) which was sold to Infospace and founded officesupplies.com which was sold to Office Depot. Recently, he's been a private investor, aligning his interests in sustainability with his investment approach.

Mr. David is a Fellow at The Wharton School’s Initiative on Global Environmental Leadership. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ErthNxt, Inc.; a Trustee of The H. John Heinz III Center for Science, Economics and the Environment; a Board Member of Tangent Energy Solutions; an Advisor to EnerTech Capital and, a Member of the National Forum for Children and Nature.

Mr. David earned a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors in Finance and an Master's of Business Administration in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brock J Vinton II
Managing Director

Brock J. Vinton II has over 15 years of entrepreneurial business development and sustainable design experience. Prior to ReProduct, Brock was Co-Founder and Director of AdvanTek International, LLC, an aerospace engineering company, where he was co-inventor of a high efficiency wind turbine; Co-Founder and Technical Director of SCRIMPTEK, LLC, a process engineering company, where he helped to develop and license a composite manufacturing process which reduced VOC emissions produced in composite manufacturing by 99%; And, an independent sustainable design consultant.

Brock serves as Chairman of the Recycling Public Advisory Council of Delaware, a council of diverse recycling stakeholders established by the governor to support recycling initiatives, evaluate policy issues, and increase recycling diversion rates. Brock has a B.A. in Industrial Economics, a Masters Certificate in Sustainable Design, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Kateland Aller
Marketing Intern

Kateland is a honors graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. As an intern for the Lehigh University Women’s Center, she designed and executed an awareness campaign focusing on Women’s Environmental Health. She has introduced and implemented social media networking plans for the Lehigh University Sociology & Anthropology Department and several Lehigh Valley music performance groups.

Kateland speaks Spanish and has significant international experience, having lived overseas in the UK, Europe, and South America for over 4 years.

Alan Chang
Board Member

Alan Chang is a Principal and Managing Director, Asian Investments at the Capricorn Investment Group, LLC. Capricorn Management is the investment arm of Jeff Skoll's family office. Capricorn owns a small number but diverse set of positions, including branded water company, wholesale bank, distributor of casual games, and clean energy companies. Its style combines robust analysis, transaction excellence, and focus on governance and operations post-acquisition.

Prior to Capricorn, Alan held positions at both DFJ New England and Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities). Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Art History from Duke University and an MBA in General Management from the Harvard Business School.

Ambassador Chas W. Freeman, Jr.
Board Member

Chas. W. Freeman, Jr. is a former U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs. After 30 years as a U.S. diplomat, he became the chairman of Projects International in 1995. He served as the principal interpreter during President Nixon's historic visit to China in 1972.

Ambassador Freeman is currently Chairman of Projects International, inter alia, president of the Middle East Policy Council, co-chair of the U.S. China Policy Foundation, vice-chair of the Atlantic Council, a trustee of the Institute for Defense Analyses, and a director of the Pacific Pension Institute.

Mr. Freeman has been published in The New York Times and wrote two books titled "Arts of Power: Statecraft and Diplomacy" and "The Diplomat's Dictionary." He attended the National Autonomous University of Mexico, received his A.B. from Yale University and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School.

He speaks fluent Chinese, French, Spanish and conversational Arabic. Mr. Freeman is the recipient of two Distinguished Public Service Awards, three Presidential Meritorious Service Awards and a Distinguished Honor Award.

Mike Mohr
Board Member

Mr. Mohr has over 25 years of diverse financial and managerial experience. For more than 20 years, he has specialized in the broad and complex array of issues facing very wealthy families. He is the Founder and Chairman of Comprehensive Financial Management, one of the nation's premier multi-family offices. Mike has served as a close advisor to the Omidyar Family (founder of eBay) for years. His responsibilities include oversight of all public and private investments, all philanthropic activities, income and estate planning, management reporting and other special projects.

Mike serves as a trustee, director and officer of a significant number of charitable organizations and commercial ventures. Mike is known for his creativity, breadth of experience and enthusiasm.

R. Tucker Twitmyer
Board Member

Tucker Twitmyer is a Managing Director of EnerTech Capital. Hejoined EnerTech in 2002 and covers the alternative energy (solar, wind, and algal fuel), oil and gas, and smart grid and energy efficiency sectors.

Prior to EnerTech, Tucker was a co-founder and Managing Director of Katalyst LLC, a private equity services firm and a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Tucker began his career in finance and IT operations with MultiServ, a provider of material handling and recycling services to the steel industry.

Tucker currently sits on the boards of Advent Solar, OwnEnergy, and Tangent Energy Solutions. He previously sat on the boards of Enerwise and FuelQuest and was an observer to Comverge and Altela. He is a member of the CleanTech Venture Network Advisory Board and former co-President of Wharton Private Equity Partners. Tucker received a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
